In the latest edition of Campaign Tuesday, this week on Monday, Afternoons with Amos interviewed four candidates from two districts in the Democratic primary for Indianapolis City-County Council. From District 2 on the northwest side incumbent Councilwoman Angela Mansfield and challenger James Patterson appeared.
