New Spokane Washington Police Chief and former Indianapolis Public Safety Director Dr. Frank Straub told Spokane TV that a “small group” of IMPD “retirees” are the ones that caused the controversy during his tenure in Indy. In the interview Straub dismissed criticism of him by people in Indianapolis.
