There’s been lots of new things going on at Indianapolis’ public libraries. First, a change to a simpler name “The Indianapolis Public Library”. Next new programs, services and resuming services and hours that had been cut in 2011. Indianapolis Library CEO Jackie Nytes appeared on Afternoons with Amos to talk about the Library’s improvements and where the city/county’s library system is going. Nytes also talked about a new program involving the Indianapolis Colts that is encouraging children to read.
