Another winter storm is heading for Indianapolis. The National Weather Service says one to four-inches of snow could fall Monday night into Tuesday morning. The storm also has the potential for rain and freezing rain before switching to all snow.

Monday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 40. Calm wind

becoming southeast 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

Monday Night: A chance of rain and snow before 2am, then a

chance of rain or freezing rain between 2am and 5am, then

snow and freezing rain likely, possibly mixed with rain

after 5am. Cloudy, with a low around 30. East southeast

wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New ice

accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New

snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Tuesday: Snow and freezing rain before 2pm, then a chance of

snow. High near 36. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph

becoming light and variable in the afternoon. Chance of

precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a

quarter and half of an inch possible.

Tuesday Night: A 50 percent chance of snow showers. Cloudy,

with a low around 26. North northwest wind 6 to 16 mph,

with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Wednesday: A 50 percent chance of snow showers, mainly

before 2pm. Cloudy, with a high near 36.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow showers before

8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 41.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 26.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 48.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 33.
