Move over Tyler Perry. We just may have found the real-life president of “The Single Moms Club.” It’s Gospel recording artist Jessica Reedy, 25, who is dishing out her best motherhood tips on Instagram. So pull up a chair.
The gifted singer, who prefers to be called “strong mother” rather than “single mother,” is transparent about the stigma associated with becoming a mom at age 19. Yet, she embraces her role and strives to inspire other young moms in the process.
“Young parents: love on your children!” she wrote on Instagram beneath a selfie posted Monday, March 17. The fuzzy snap featured the proud mom posing with her son Justin with whom she said she was “building Legos.”
