gang-graffiti-6255981_165892_ver1-0_320_240Non-profit organization Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Incorporated (KIBI) is helping property owners who are affected by a new graffiti ordinance in Indy comply with the new rules. The city enacted this new ordinance in the beginning of April. It gives property owners only 30 days to remove graffiti, also called tags, or face fines. To help out property owners, KIBI is handing out free supplies Friday to cover it up. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., they’ll give out those necessary supplies at the Lowe’s Home Improvement on East 25th Street in Indianapolis.
