Suspect In the Race Weekend Shooting Released

The charges have been dropped against a 19-year-old man arrested after a fatal shooting at the Coke Lot during Indy 500 race weekend. WISH TV.com says Avory Johnson was in custody on a preliminary murder charge. Police say they are still investigating that shooting and another that happened near the Speedway during the busy race weekend.
