In breaking news, a federal judge has dismissed the case against the men that were out partying with an Indiana University student who later went missing. Lauren Spierer’s parents filed this civil lawsuit against Corey Rossman and Jason Rosenbaum after she disappeared in June of 2011 and exhaustive searches turned up nothing. The Spierer’s have accused Rossman and Rosenbaum of not ensuring that Spierer made it back home safely after they were out drinking with the under-aged co-ed. Both men were students at the time.

the-honorable-tanya-walton-prattJudge Tanya Walton Pratt of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Indiana made this ruling.
