The National Center On Family Homelessness has released its annual report card on how states fair on helping homeless children. The new report entitled “America’s Youngest Outcasts” ranks each state by child well-being. According to the reports’ findings Alabama does the absolute worst when it comes to helping homeless children. While Indiana placed much better, it was not a leader in the nation. Indiana ranked 30 on the list. This year, the best state in the U.S. for homeless children is Minnesota. Read the report for yourself, HERE.
