[UPDATE] The man accused of killing a Ben Davis High School Freshman has plead “not guilty” in his first court appearance Monday morning. William Gholston, 46, is charged in the strangling death of 15-year-old Dominique Allen on the west side of Indianapolis in August. The man accused of killing a Ben Davis student heads to court Monday morning. Forty-six year old William Gholston is on his way to court now for a 9 a.m. appearance this morning to answer to charges in the killing of 15-year-old Dominique Allen. Gholston’s arrest was announced on Friday morning where he was described as being a career criminal. He’s accused of strangling Allen to death, dumping her behind a house and partially setting her body on fire. Gholston’s DNA was discovered on the victim’s hand, foot and shoe.
