Serena Williams has been dominating the sport of tennis all year long. So, it’s no surprise that she’s near the top of highest paid female athletes in sports.
Forbes ranked Serena as number two with a total of $24.6 million from June 2014 to June 2015. Her rival Maria Sharaporva ranked number one with $29.7 million for the 11th year in a row.
However, Serena is ranked number one in women’s singles tennis. The 33-year-old raked in $11.6 million with winnings and $13 million in endorsements from Chase Bank, Audemars Piguet, Gatorade and PepsiCo.
