Audio Included in Post. Indiana’s Supreme Court heard arguments over whether the state’s 2005 Voter ID law is constitutional under Indiana’s Constitution. The State of Indiana defended the suit saying Voter ID was legal, helpful in combating voter fraud and that the suit was improper in making Secretary of State Todd Rokita the defendant. Indiana Solicitor General Thomas Fisher argues for the defense and addresses questions from the five Indiana Supreme Court Justices.
