Audio Included in Post. Indiana’s Supreme Court heard arguments over whether the state’s 2005 Voter ID law is constitutional under Indiana’s Constitution. The League of Women Voters brought suit charging that the law and its exemption for those voting absentee violates Indiana’s requirement that elections be “free and equal”.
