Recently, I have had several things to happen that has really made me lose my Christian outlook. I was hospitalized in Mar for blood clots and pneumonia. I am now on short term disability from my job. My agreement to pay 1000.00 winter gas bill was broken because of my hospitalization, so the gas was disconnected. Gas company rep. told me to call for assistance in my area, Forest Manor Multi Service Center. I’m told the procedure was to call on Friday, between 9:30 and 10:00. I called at 9:31, left my name and number. Needless, to say no call back. I called several times spoke to a nice young man, a nice young lady and an older lady who connected me to someone named Miz Barbara. After trying to find out if I was going to receive an appointment and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes I gave up and decided to call again this Fri. Guess what? No more appointments until May. Am I mad? After I had my meltdown this am I have to make myself feel better although, yes, again I am disappointed
