I am divorced now and remarried. If something were to happen to me (ie-death) how can I keep my child with my current husband and not go to the biological father. He is not in a position financially or any other way able to take care of the child. Is there any thing that I can do legally.

I have been trying to call your line,did not get through. Had a question I really needed answered. When is the next date for ask a lawyer.I need to understand how one goes about getting a rental deposit back, and the laws reguarding rental deposits in Indianapolis,Indiana:marion county.

I a really curious about what can be done to improve 1310′s reception across the city. I have a hard time picking up the station in certain areas. I also get a lot of interference from other radio stations when I am listening to 1310 at home. Is there anything that can be done?

Both my parents have been diagnosed with cancer. They both have had surgery within the last few months, have been unable to work and have only one income. As a result they have gone into default on their home loan. The loan company says they need to get a Realtor to buy the house and maybe the’ll get enough money to move. They are devasted!! And still have to have chemotherapy. Is this their only option? Can we get advice from the realtors that are on your show sometimes? They may not be realtors but, I here them discussing home loans.

Recently, I have had several things to happen that has really made me lose my Christian outlook. I was hospitalized in Mar for blood clots and pneumonia. I am now on short term disability from my job. My agreement to pay 1000.00 winter gas bill was broken because of my hospitalization, so the gas was disconnected. Gas company rep. told me to call for assistance in my area, Forest Manor Multi Service Center. I’m told the procedure was to call on Friday, between 9:30 and 10:00. I called at 9:31, left my name and number. Needless, to say no call back. I called several times spoke to a nice young man, a nice young lady and an older lady who connected me to someone named Miz Barbara. After trying to find out if I was going to receive an appointment and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes I gave up and decided to call again this Fri. Guess what? No more appointments until May. Am I mad? After I had my meltdown this am I have to make myself feel better although, yes, again I am disappointed
