Church volunteer, 27, facing charges for sexual relationship with girl, 14

GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) – Greenwood police say a 27-year-old church volunteer is facing felony charges for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
John E. Butler, of Indianapolis, is facing two charges of sexual misconduct with a minor (a class B felony).
Butler is accused of having sex with the girl on two occasions, once in November of 2009 and another time in January of 2010.
The probable cause affidavit says Butler was a volunteer in the youth program at the Westside Apostolic Church.
