National Urban League Marc Morial talked job creation in Black communities in an exclusive live in studio interview on Afternoons with Amos. Morial was touring Indy and three other Hoosier cities as part of the Natuional Urban League’s national “jobs tour”. Morial explained to Amos and listeners the League’s 12 point jobs program. While on the program, Morial also spoke with Indiana’s Black legislators who are in Illinois as part of protesting GOP sponsored legislation the legislators feel would harm working families and students.
