*Another White man came forward about setting a Black Mass. church on fire hours after President Obama was elected. Thomas Gleason Jr., 22, pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court on Tuesday, just days before he was scheduled to go on trial.

He pleaded guilty to conspiracy against civil rights, damage or destruction to religious property, and the use of fire to commit a felony.

According to reports, three White men (Benjamin Haskell, Michael Jacques, and Gleason) ranging in age from 22 to 25 were charged of burning down Macedonia Church of God in Christ on Nov. 5 2008 because they were angry about Obama’s election.

They retaliated by burning down the 300-member church. The men are facing jail time from 9 to 40 years. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 1.
