Are you Feeling Like a Victim or a Victor?

If you are you tired of feeling like a victim and are ready to begin living life on your terms, then read this article.   Stop right now, and ask yourself “what am I thinking?”

How much of your lifestyle would change if Jesus appeared in the flesh and went everywhere with you today? Are there places you wouldn’t go, things you wouldn’t say or do? Would your attitude undergo a radical change? The truth is, if the eyes of your heart would open, you would see Him in all you do, and the reality of His presence would be greater than what you see with your physical eyes. If you ask the Holy Spirit to make Jesus real to you, so that you can see Him and sense Him in everything you do, your life would change forever!

Trying to change others, get revenge, or hold something over someone’s head won’t ease your own pain.  You can continue to waste your precious days on this earth with emotionally distressful thoughts and actions or you can do two things that WILL work.  Change is gradual; it does not happen overnight, but gradually, patiently, consistently as you keep doing the new behavior habits, they will give you a renewed sense of well-being. First, make the choice to forgive – and keep forgiving until the past no longer controls you. Second, cry out to God, “Turn… me, and I shall be turned.” He will answer the prayer. Your perceptions will begin to clear and your heart will begin to heal. Why? Because getting well means more, so much more than remaining a victim!

Ask the Holy Spirit to make Jesus real to you, so that you can see Him and sense Him in everything you do, and you will be amazed at the life transformation you will experience!
