Congressman Andre Carson explained on Afternoons with Amos the reasons he voted “No” on the debt deal last week in Congress.  Carson strongly proclaimed he was still a strong supporter of President Barack Obama but said the debt deal proposal wasn’t “balanced” and wasn’t in the best interests in the of the people in the 7th Congressional District.  Meanwhile the decision of Standard & Poors to downgrade the USA’s perfect credit rating, cited the same reasons Rep.
