A ten-year-old Black chef is spreading healthy eating to his peers. After watching his friends not eating right at school, Chazz Darby decided to do something about it.
Darby, with the help of his mom Dorette Darby, created “My Own Food” interactive cooking for children of all ages with adult supervision.
With meals like heavenly banana wrap and island cucumber punch, Darby designed meals that kids can tackle on their own.
The Grio reports:
This young chef’s cookbook, with help from Mom, has been in the works for three years promoting healthy meals for kids designed by a 10-year old.
