Whitney Houston’s will leaves estate to daughter Bobbi Kristina

Whitney Houston left her entire estate to daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, according to a last will and testament obtained by Inside Edition.

The late singer’s only child, with ex-husband Bobby Brown, will receive a portion of the money placed in a trust when she turns 21.

The 19-year-old will receive more money at 25 and the rest at 30, but will be able to withdraw funds from the trust for worthy reasons (school tuition, starting a business, etc.) She will also receive Houston’s jewelry, furniture, cars and other physical items.

Bobby Brown is mentioned in the will but will not receive anything.

Houston died Feb. 11 in Beverly Hills at age 48. Her cause of death has yet to be determined.

Inside Edition reports the will was drafted in 1993, the year Bobbi Kristina was born, and amended in 2000.

Forbes reports that the will obtained by Inside Edition is not the latest version. According to Forbes, the will was updated in 2004 to name Marion Patricia (Pat) Houston, the singer’s sister-in-law, executor of the estate, rather than her Houston’s mother, Cissy.

Bobbi Kristina, as well as her uncle Gary and aunt Patricia Houston, recently sat down with Oprah Winfrey to discuss her mother’s death. The episode of “Oprah’s Next Chapter” will air March 11.
