Doctors are warning people to be careful while digging out from yesterday’s snowfall. They say shoveling puts strain on your back, arms, shoulders and especially the heart. Doctors say if you have shortness of breath, tightness in your chest, dizziness, numbness or tingling, you may be having a heart attack.
