An Enterprise Youth Pastor was arrested this week on a disturbing charge, alleging second-degree r@pe. According to police reports, Timothy Thomas was arrested and charged when police found out that he was involved in a crime centering around his alleged intercourse with a minor.  The alleged victim is just 14-years old.

St. Luke Church officials are working with police to resolve the matter.  The crime was not committed in the church.  Police are now seeking to determine if there are additional charges to be filed against the pastor.   His bond has been set at $30,000.

The pastor is not being allowed to contact the victim or her family and is not allowed to leave the state of Alabama.  He is also being tracked by a GPS monitoring device.  He is 25-years old.
