Brag about your better half

And do it when you’re both right there. “When my husband and I are out with other people, talking about marriage or parenting or work — anything, really — I love to say what a great dad and friend he is to me and our daughter,” says Linnet Overton, 31, from Nashville. “Sure, he blushes up a storm, but I know it makes him feel good to know he’s appreciated. And when he publicly compliments me, it reminds me that I’m loved and valued.”

(from redbook.com)

This is so good. Remember to do this. You know when you were younger you liked getting compliments and praise from your parents or teachers, and how good it made you felt. Well, its the same as an adult. We love to hear compliments and even more so from our spouse. I know without a doubt, my biggest cheerleader is my husband. He is always bragging on me (sometimes too much in my opinion lol!) I actually need to learn more from him and brag more about him.

But try this! And let me know how it goes!
