There was a complaint filed for Child Support Magistrate Lu Ann Ballew of violating the state’s code of judicial conduct. During a paternity hearing in TN, the judge orderd that child’s name should be changed from Messiah DeShawn Martin to Martin DeShawn McCullough. Martin is the child’s mother’s last name , while McCullough is the last name of the child’s father. The judge stated that Messiah is only a title to be held by Jesus.
