Twitter is pointing its beak at a system error as the culprit behind a password reset e-mail that accidentally went out to a number of its users Monday night. The e-mail said Twitter users needed to change their passwords because their accounts had been hacked, which was not the case. The company is apologizing to the affected users for any inconvenience.
