Sister 2 Sister got a chance to catch up with Grammy Award winning producer and gospel artist J. Moss to talk about his new album Grown Folks Gospel, “Preachers of L.A.” and how God can turn a “demolition into a demonstration.”
Moss, a seasoned producer and gospel artist within his own right, has worked with popular acts, both gospel and secular, including Kirk Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Faith Evans, Dru Hill and N’Sync, just to name a few.
Growing up in a famous music family, J. Moss attributes a great deal of his success to his family who allowed him to fall into who he was and his sound. His father was Bill Moss, of Bill Moss and the Celestials, and his first cousins became members of the critically acclaimed gospel trio The Clarke Sisters.
