TBN’s “Praise The Lord” always offers reverent music, preaching and interviews that celebrate Jesus Christ and next Wednesday, December 10, the program presents an exceptional special celebrating the release of Motown Gospel’s CD – MOTOWN CHRISTMAS, while focusing on the reason for the season.

Motown Christmas on TBN is hosted by Smokie Norful, who also sings a flawless rendition of “O’ Holy Night.”  Boasting numerous unforgettable performances, additional songs and artists featured include “Bethlehem” (Janice Gaines and Brian Courtney Wilson); “Go Tell It on the Mountain” and “Mary Did You Know” (Anita Wilson and Gene Moore); as well as a surprise ensemble performance that viewers are going to love!

In the true spirit of TBN’s Praise the Lord programming, Motown Christmas on TBN includes inspiring interviews, and this show’s guests are director/actress Kim Fields; Tallahassee-based pastor and author Nicky Collins; former NFL player and motivational speaker Tommie Harris, and Reverend Dr. DeForest Soaries, Senior Pastor  of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens.  The interviews cover topics ranging from stewardship and staying on track financially during the holiday season, to trusting God through life’s most unexpected challenges; they are powerful and will remind viewers of just how good God is and forever will be.

Produced by Aaron Lindsey, Grammy Award winner and Motown Gospel Vice President of A&R, Motown Christmas is in stores now and has received glowing reviews from the media. The album features mesmerizing duets and flawless solos from an impressive lineup of Grammy Award winning singers and dynamic signature voices including KEM & Janice Gaines; Ne-Yo & Tasha Cobbs; Smokie Norful;Gregory Porter & Anita Wilson; and Smokey Robinson & The Miracles and Kevin Ross .
