One half of the Grammy® Award winning gospel duo and WE tv original series stars Mary Mary, Tina Campbell, is set to follow sister Erica Campbell’s lead and step out on her own. The singer will release her highly anticipated solo debut album, It’s Personal, on May 7th. The record will be the first project released from GeeTree Creative, the company she and her husband, Teddy, recently started.
The album, features the current single “Destiny,” which Tina debuted for an eager crowd at the premiere event for the fourth season of Mary Mary’s hit self-titled WE tv show. The singer also performed “Destiny” to a captivated Good Morning America audience earlier this year. Showcasing Tina’s powerhouse vocals, “Destiny” is an inspirational song that reflects the singer’s journey and serves as a beautiful testimony to how far she’s come.
