This afternoon in Downtown Indy, the month of May gets underway a couple days early leading up to the 99th running of the Indianapolis 500. The nonprofit “500 Festival” is inviting you to a kickoff celebration on Monument Circle from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It’s one of 50 events the committee will host. Check those out HERE. Food and fun await as the parade of pace cars and food trucks settle on the circle.
