Dozens of couples tied the knot downtown Cleveland at Tower City inside Terminal Tower.
It’s just in time for Valentine’s Day. Municipal court judges were on hand to preside over the ceremony.
The first 40 newlyweds received $25 Tower City gift card, a cupcake and a parking pass.
The City of Akron also performed Valentine’s Day ceremonies, for couples in the Summit County area.
