We began the broadcast talking about the Westside Pike Township Job Fair Wednesday, June 15th 10am-2pm at the Pike Performing Arts Center.
We then focused our attention on the United Church of Christ’s new 10 point position for white/Caucasian people to address white privilege.
During the second hour we spoke with Alpha Blackburn regarding the 12th Annual Men of Substance and Style Fashion Gala benefiting the Walter S. Blackburn Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship gives away $10,000+ annually to deserving students in the arts. The Gala is Saturday June 25th, 2016 5:30-9:30PM at the Indianapolis Arts Garden.
