Diversity! We begin today’s conversation discussing the townhall meeting hosted by President Obama on race and police. We looked at his role in leading the conversation and we looked at having real diversity within the conversation. Too often, African American women and their stories are not fully included.
We continued our discussion by speaking diversity with many leaders from Indiana University.
We concluded the day sharing about diversity and equity in public education with our Superintendent of Public Instruction for Indiana, Glenda Ritz.
