Black and Blue …. Today we talked with retired IMPD Assistant Chief Darryl Pierce about what it means to be both a black man and a police officer.  How does he handle the tension? How does he deal with racism and pressure on the police department? How does he process mistrust within his community because he is law enforcement? We asked these questions and many more.

We also shared our concerns about transparency or the lack there of, the need for the FOP and a black union, and much more.
Enjoy.
