In honor of Veterans Day, many restaurants and businesses are offering freebies and discounts to current and former military service members Friday!
Fox 59 was nice enough to provide a list ways for Indy veterans to reward themselves and enjoy this special day dedicated to our military service members. Check the list below!
Applebee’s: Veterans and active duty military get a free meal.
Bar Louie: Veterans and active duty military get a free appetizer or entree on Veterans Day.
Bob Evans: Veterans and active-duty military get free breakfast on Veterans Day.
Baskin-Robbins: For every ice cream scoop sold on Veterans Day, the brand will donate $0.11 to the U.S.O.
Bonefish Grill: On Friday, November 11th, all active and retired service members with a valid military ID will receive a Complimentary Bang Bang Shrimp at all Bonefish Grill locations.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Veterans and active-duty military get a complimentary order of wings and a side of fries.
Chick-fil-A: The new Chick-fil-A at Misericordia University will open on Thursday, November 10, and the restaurant will donate 50 cents for every Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich sold on opening day to the Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org) to honor Veterans Day. In addition, all military veterans will receive a free Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich on Veterans Day (Friday, November 11).
Chipotle: All US military active-duty, Reserves, National Guard and retired military, military spouses with ID and veterans can buy a burrito, bowl, salad or taco order and get one free after 3 p.m. Friday.
Cracker Barrel: Military veterans get a complimentary slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
Denny’s: All active, inactive and retired military personnel will get a free Build Your Own Grand Slam between 5 a.m. and noon.
Golden Corral (Monday, Nov. 14, 5-9 p.m.): Military Appreciation Night with a free “thank you” dinner.
Great Clips: Customers who get a haircut can get a card for a free haircut to give to a veteran. Veterans can also get a free haircut or get a haircut card. Redeemable through Dec. 31.
Hooters: All active and retired military members can get a free meal from the Hooters Veterans Day Menu.
IHOP: Veterans and active-duty military can get red, white and blue pancakes for free from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
JCPenney: Current and former military personnel and their immediate family members get a 5 percent discount, which can be combined with additional coupons and special offers including a $10 off $25 coupon with any form of payment or 20 percent off coupon when paying with a JCPenney credit card.
Longhorn Steakhouse: Free appetizer or dessert, plus 10 percent off for guests that dine with Veterans.
Lowe’s: On November 11, all veterans and their family can receive 10% off purchases.
McDonald’s: Free breakfast sandwich to all former and active duty Military personnel from 7 a.m.- 7 p.m.
Meineke: Vets and active duty personnel can receive a free basic oil change with proof of service.
Olive Garden: Free entrée from special menu to veterans and active-duty military members.
Panera Bread: Complimentary “You Pick Two” with military ID at select locations.
Primanti Bros.: This year, veterans and active duty personnel can chow down on a free sandwich
Pro Football Hall of Fame: Veterans and active-duty military members, along with one guest, get free admission into the museum throughout November.
Red Robin: Veterans and active-duty military members get a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger and bottomless fries.
Red Roof Inn: From November 1 to 30, veterans can save 15% at any Red Roof nationwide. Red Roof also offers active military members 10% off a stay at any Red Roof nationwide all year long.
Spaghetti Warehouse: Buy one entrée, get one free coupon offer. Guests will be able to choose any one of the restaurant’s Original Recipe Spaghetti entrées and receive a second Spaghetti or Lasagne entrée free from Nov. 11- Nov. 13.
Sports Clips: At participating locations, veterans and current service members can score a free haircut with proof of service.
Stir Crazy Fresh Asian Grill: Veterans and and active-duty military personnel get choice of a free chicken or steak Fresh Market Bar.
Texas Roadhouse: Free meal to all military service men and women on Friday, November 11.
Walgreens: This Veterans Day, customers with Walgreens Balance Rewards cards and valid military I.D. can take 20% off all eligible purchases.
