Authorities in Bloomington say an Indiana University student is facing felony charges after allegedly attacking a young woman in his off campus apartment.
Prosecutors have filed charges against James McGovern and are moving forward with the case against him.
Police say he raped a woman in his apartment last week, then threw her out into the street. McGovern will have to answer to charges for both sexual assault and criminal confinement for this incident.
