Today was a packed day on Community Connection.
First we spoke to our friends from the Indiana Black Caucus, Rep. Harris and Rep. Bartlett about many bills. We then spoke to the Douglass Little League organization and encourage you to check them out! dllindy.org/douglasslittleleague
They need support for a trip to Memphis and are also in need of kids for the games!
Next we got to speak to the one and only Napiya Nubuya. She is the founder of “The Next IT Girl” A Computer Technologies program all about putting diversity into the IT world, as well as mentoring. Check it out at thenextitgirl.org
