Urban contemporary superstar and singer-songwriter is hitting the road Thursday to kick off his Make Room tour in Detroit with a sold-out show at El Club The Make Room tour will end September 21st in St. Louis, MO with Jonathan hitting mostly sold-out markets in-between, including two nights at Brooklyn’s Knitting Factory, two in Georgia, two in Virginia, Cleveland, and Philadelphia. More info and tickets for remaining dates available here

On Friday, September 7th, the deluxe edition of Jonathan’s latest album Make Room, entitled, Make More Room and featuring three exclusive bonus tracks (“Try,” “Excited,” and “God Is Good”) from the album’s initial recording, will be released digitally via Entertainment One.

Jonathan recently appeared on TBN’s “Praise,” and in a live session at Paste Magazine’s studios, performing fan favorite “Cycles,” as well as hit single “Not Lucky, I’m Loved” which is currently still in the top 5 in Billboard’s Gospel singles almost a year after its release. At Paste, Jonathan also performed live rarity “Comparison Kills,” a track from Make Room which he notes he has not played live since the album’s recording. Check out the full session from Paste Magazine on their website here.

Make Room is entering its 20th week in the top ten of Soundscan’s Gospel charts, landing at #3 in Top Gospel Consumption and #6 in Nielsen’s Current Gospel Charts. “Make Room,” released last March, is an album of all-new original material from the young artist, recorded completely live at a May 2017 concert in Jonathan’s hometown of Chicago, which was the basis of his TV and digital streaming special “Jonathan McReynolds: Make Room.” The special had its national broadcast premiere on TVOne in March, followed by a June exclusive digital premiere in partnership with global streaming giants TIDAL.

Jonathan has also been tapped to appear at the Black Music Honors in Nashville to honor gospel legends Bebe and Cece Winans, set to air later in September. More info on local air times is available here
