One of  Aretha Franklin’s Detroit mansions has sold.

According to the Detroit News, the historic mansion that sits next to the Detroit Golf Club, has been sold by the legendary entertainer’s estate.

The 5,600-square-foot brick home was purchased for $300,000 in late October.

The Queen of Soul’s former residence in the Bloomfield Township area of Detroit is still on the market.

Franklin died Aug. 16 of pancreatic cancer in her Detroit Riverfront apartment, according to her death certificate. She was 76 years old.
