Too Good to be True – Stage Play
by Lanetta Kennedy – The Kennedy Project
This Weekend! Sat, April 6, 7PM and Sun. April 7th 4PM
This production supports Mental Health Awareness- a subject our society is currently facing daily.
About the play:
“There are changes occurring at Legacy Hill apartments, The building is under new management, and completely being renovated. The tenants are very happy with the changes, but also frustrated because it seems to be taking forever. Once one thing is fixed, something else breaks. However, the new maintenance man (Mr. Leroy) has diligently been working to fulfill the request of all the tenants through his form of laughter, wisdom, sound advice and some unwanted advice. Tenant appreciation day is approaching quickly, a fun exchange of laughter and fellowship. The celebration will bring the community and the tenants together in one common space to party together. What could possibly go wrong?
The Production takes place current day and is focused on the tenants all experiencing personal issues that LeRoy (the maintenance man) will soon find himself ministering to them all.
