This Bodega will address the food apartheid’ in northwest neighborhood
“The store is named after Cleo Blackburn, a former executive director of Flanner House for 40 years who established the non-profit’s food program. Blackburn, who was a professor at Tuskegee University, also was a community and civil rights activist.”
