Some helpful tips they shared are:
- Practice deep breathing
- Take a nap
- Stay focussed on what we can control
- Make a new daily routine
- Stay connected digitally
- Don’t dismiss what kids are feeling – Validate and listen to everyone’s opinions. etc.
