HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. — In order to help Hoosier families get ready for a new school year, community leaders will be hosting a free Hancock County Community Night from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Here, families can access free fruits and vegetables, school supplies, car seats, and more. Community Night spokesperson Greg Duda says a “light dinner” will be provided, including hot dogs and chips.
There will also be activities and opportunities to interact with first responders. For example, kids can enjoy bounce houses and see demonstrations by police officers and firefighters.
