One Killed, One Hurt in Indy East Side Shooting
INDIANAPOLIS — INDIANAPOLIS – One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting early Sunday on the near east side.
IMPD says officers were called just before 7 a.m. to the 500 block of Parker Avenue for reports of gunfire.
When they arrived, they found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police say the man later died from his injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing.
