Guests talked about police training and how residents should interact with police. Listeners called with examples of mistreatment by police along with questions about training and recruitment. It was the first time any Indianapolis media had broadcast such a program from the city’s Police Academy and may be one of the few (if not the first) broadcasts by Black Radio and/or Black Talk Radio from such an institution.

Not only was the beating discussed, but IMPD's training, lack of advancement for minority officers, lack of hiring minority officers, mistrust of police by the community. Also discussed were strategies for dealing with rising Black-on-Black crime.
