Gregory Alfred, 25, was arrested in New Jersey in connection with the March 10 slashing of 53-year-old Janina Popko in Ditmas Park. Popko was cut in the neck by Alfred, who was actively hoping to harm White people because they prevent him from "freely smoking marijuana."
