Last night’s NBA finals game was indeed one more chapter worth reading in the storied rivalry between the Los Angeles Lakers and The Boston Celtics.  Although Kobe did not disappoint in his 29 point, the real star of the night was indeed Derek Fisher whose 4th quarter performance rallied a struggling Lakers team to 91-84 game 3 win!

Fisher scored 11 of his 16 points in the 4th quarter and now the Lakers are back in control of the series with a 2-1 lead. Game 4 is in Boston and it looks like this series is far from over!

Kevin Garnett put up a solid Celtic team high of 25 points and although Rondo didn’t put up a lot of points, he solidified himself as the floor general of the team. The real dark spot in the Celtics game was Ray Allen’s 0-13 performance. After his historic and record breaking 8-11 3pt shooting in game 3 he seemed to lack the same spark that was ignited game 2 in LA. Paul Pierce was also very quiet on the night with 15 points and 5 fouls on the night

Game 4 will air Thursday night in Boston. What’s your prediction? This series may not make it back to LA if Boston continues to play inconsistently.
