On Afternoons with Amos, City-County Councilman Brian Mahern blasted Mayor Greg Ballard and city officials for the sticky mess on Indianapolis streets this week. Mahern lambasted the Mayor and his Administration for the woes of scores of motorists who had their cars splashed with sticky tar sealant that suddenly became loose.
