Afternoons with Amos talked to a wide range of special guests during our broadcasts during the 42nd Indiana Black Expo.  We talked with Indiana Governor candidates Democratic John Gregg, Republican Rep. Mike Pence and outgoing Governor and Purdue President-elect Mitch Daniels. We were privileged to talk with living history: entertainer/activist/humanitarian Harry Belafonte and actress Pam Grier.We talked with both candidates for 7th District Congress Democrat Rep. Andre Carson and Republican Carlos May. We talked about the looming standoff between the Council majority and the Mayor with Council President Maggie Lewis. State Health Commissioner Dr. Gregory Larkin and Marion County Health Chief Dr. Virginia Caine talked health issues. We heard a powerful testimony of Faith and survival from Ted “The Golden Voice” Williams and met Chef Timothy Moore. And learned the facts about Gary from Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson.
